Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

Account Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly whenever it changes. bz999 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bz999 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Account Closure

Deposits & Payments

All deposits into your bz999 account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bz999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, and MCB Bank. Additional methods may be added or removed from time to time without prior notice.

Deposit Conditions

• All payment methods used must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed in the bz999 cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your bz999 account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method.
• bz999 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.
• Deposits are made for the purpose of gameplay only. Depositing funds without wagering activity and then requesting withdrawal may be treated as suspicious activity.

bz999 reserves the right to reverse or void any deposit that is found to be funded by fraudulent, disputed, or criminal means. In such cases, bz999 may also report the activity to relevant authorities.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the payment method on record for your bz999 account. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification before processing. bz999 may request supporting documents including but not limited to national identity card, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the bz999 cashier.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods previously used to fund your account, subject to the same account name requirement as deposits.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable directly. Only winnings derived from completed wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• bz999 targets withdrawal processing within standard business timeframes; actual receipt of funds depends on the payment provider's processing schedule.
• bz999 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending verification or investigation of suspected fraud or rule violations.

Bonuses & Promotions

bz999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside each offer. In the absence of specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all bz999 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, device, IP address, and payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be specified for each bonus.

In the event of any inconsistency between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules prevail for that specific game.

In the event of a technical failure, malfunction, or error affecting a game — including server disconnections, software errors, or incorrect game payouts — bz999 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to players, or to apply any other fair resolution at our sole discretion. Winnings generated as a result of a technical error are not valid and will not be paid out.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bz999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
